We are currently hiring for a Junior National Account Manager for a consumer goods business.
Our client is a family run consumer goods company who are renowned for being a lovely place to work with a reputation for training and developing their team and promoting from within. They are a small, hard-working group of people, but have fun and enjoy their successes as a team.
This Junior National Account Manager will be responsible for the relationship with key retail and distribution customers, the exact account base will be decided in conjunction with the successful applicant. You will own the commercials, trading terms and performance of your account base and will be tasked with continuing the fast growth trajectory this channel is already enjoying.
This role is a great stepping stone from Account Exec into a full NAM role, so it would suit someone who is currently operating at NAE level and is looking to gain a bit more experience to be able to make the transition to a full NAM position in the next 12-18months.
We are looking for someone who is already operating within the National Account arena at executive/assistant level, ideally with retail experience but this is negotiable if you have good consumer hard-line experience.
Salary is c.£40 000 plus bonus.
This is an office-based role in Surrey with the flex to work from home a couple of days a week.
