Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Senior Social Workers to join a busy team at a Conwy based within the Child Protection team. To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Primary Responsibilities as a Child Protection Senior Social Worker:
* Managing a diverse caseload of Children which coverers Child Protection, Child in Need and sometimes Children within Proceedings. The level in proceedings can be discussed
* Attending to Section 47 enquiries
* Completing Single Assessments
* Completing Risk Assessments
* Completing Parenting assessments
* Working collaboratively with other professionals/agencies to meet the identified needs of children, young people and their families including the Police and Education Services
* Delivering a high-quality social work service to Children and their families who are deemed to have unmet needs and/or considered to be at risk of harm/significant harm
* Social Workers are expected to provide support and to develop resilience and independence, ensuring that children and their families are at the Centre of decision making about their lives and the outcomes that they want to achieve without compromising the child’s safety.
What we are looking for in a Senior Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
