Responsibilities Basic British sign language required. Provide support with daily living tasks, personal care, and communication. Develop and maintain relationships with service users. Communicate effectively using BSL and other communication skill as provided. Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies. Maintain accurate records and reports. Requirements BSL Level 2 qualification or Basic British sign (or equivalent). Experience working with Deaf or hard of hearing individuals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. Enhanced DBS clearance.
