BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* A degree
* Experience owning programme strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
* Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
* Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
* Relevant experience leading complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders
* Experience working with the MS Office suite
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Advanced or master's degree
* Project-management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI, or similar
* Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
* Experience working in an operational environment or with technical teams
