We are afriendly and supportiveteam, looking for highly motivatedNursewhopossessstrongwound care experience andcommunication skills. Your role will be pivotal within the local communityby making a difference to our patients, deliveringahigh levelof carein their own home.Teachingand upskilling Community Nursingcolleagues and acting as a clinical advisor on wound care.
As a CommunityWound CareNursenoshiftis the same and you will be met with patients of varied needs.Giving you the opportunity to develop and enhance your current skillset!
Working closely withLocal CommunityNursingTeams and Wound Care Nurses across localities.
Our working hours/days are as follows:
Core hours–08.30-16.30hrs
• You will visita number ofpatientson a daily basisin their own homesworkingalong sideanCommuntystaff
• You will provide high qualitywoundcare to a range of patients with varying healthcare needs
• Teaching and upskilling colleagues
• Located atChurch Hill House, Bracknelland covering surrounding areas.
