Our client is a small and friendly established business that is seeking an Accounts Manager to join their team. They are a property management company that manages blocks of flats, tenancies, lock-up garages, deals with ground rents, and more.
This is a crucial role within the business and would ideally suit someone who is local to their area and able to work every day from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm. There is flexibility on hours, and the role could become hybrid once the successful candidate has a good grasp of the business and has built a good relationship with the existing team.
The role will include:
1. Producing quarterly accounts
2. Bank reconciliations
3. Credit control duties
4. Managing ledgers
You will work on accounts on behalf of a number of businesses that our client deals with.
If the successful candidate has a background in the property management industry, this would be a distinct advantage, but all applicants that are local to the area and have an accounting background will be considered.
Experience of using VECO will be a huge advantage, but full training can be given.
Salary: £20 - £25 PH depending on experience level.
