Our Haulfryn family has a fantastic opportunity for a full time Digital and Web Manager to join our growing team at our friendly support office in Maidenhead
The Digital and Web Manager will be responsible for owning and supporting all customer facing and customer support systems, including websites, API integration to third party systems, Social channels, My Haulfryn and reporting whilst ensuring we are successfully maximising online conversion and lead generation rates.

What Will You Do
* CMS ownership and administration
* CRM ownership and administration (as required)
* API connection management (as required)
* Social media platform strategy and management.
* Data reporting
* UX experience and optimising the customer journey
* Analysing GA4 to continually make improvements and enhance performance.
* Manage the ongoing development of the group websites
* Implement optimisation and conversion strategies across all devices
* Identify new opportunities to improve CRO and drive growth and profitability within the business
* Use analytics and other reporting tools to ensure customer experience and subsequent booking / lead conversion is maximised
* Create dashboards and reporting suites to share with the business
* Report on online behaviour, and the wider decision-making process that underpins customer journeys
* Spot and understand trends to help with decision making and campaigns
* Technological nous – Be the ‘go to’ person regarding the website and systems. Ensuring they are working as they should.
* Understanding of CMS, and third party reporting and API connections
What Will You Bring
* 3+ years experience in similar role(s)
* In depth understanding of content and its place in delivering effective marketing and outstanding customer experiences
* Experience of delivering content initiatives in complex organisations – including hands-on content creation as well as production management
* Experience of digital content management and associated systems (ideally WordPress)
* Practical experience within Google Analytics, Google Search Console Google Tag Manager
* Experience delivering training and support to less tech savvy colleagues in areas of content production and management
* Strong understanding of best practice email marketing and its role in the marketing mix and broader CRM
* Experience in delivering significant customer-centric digital change projects
* Excellent understanding of modern SEO techniques – on and off-page
* Experience managing and working closely with external agencies, contractors, and suppliers
* A keen eye for detail and what good looks like – especially in content, creative and UX/CX/CRO
