We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join a successful and innovative fashion business.

Main Responsibilities will include:
* Effectively manage predefined accounts.
* Develop and drive competent 1-3 years strategic account plans by channel for both existing and new distribution to achieve KPI's.
* Agree and set business goals and strategies for each account, and identify the tools and resources needed to secure and accelerate sustainable growth in line with brand strategic plan.
* Provide regular feedback to the management team covering the marketplace, competitor activity and product development.
* Ensure that any new or prospective account meets Licensors/Brand partners distribution criteria.
* Develop and nurture 360 degree cross functional relationships (both internal & external) across all departments including sales, marketing, VM, CS, operations, finance and product.
* Ensure business agreements are in place with all key accounts.
* Constantly monitor and drive the key account KPI's including sell-through, deliveries, replenishment etc.
* Obtain regular sell through information for all key accounts and provide this information in a summarised form to your Sales Manager on a monthly basis.
Person Specifications:
* Proven experience in sales or account management, within the fashion industry.
* Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work closely with other teams to ensure that client orders are delivered on time and in line with expectations.
* Experience developing and implementing sales plans that drive revenue growth, optimise sell-through, and reduce markdowns.
