The role The role will be responsible for supporting the Early Careers Recruitment team with the attraction, selection and development of the Group's Trainee Solicitors, Graduates, Apprentices, and other early careers initiatives across all of our offices. The Early Careers Recruitment Administrator will also work closely with the other members of the HR and wider recruitment team and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for: Attraction Organising and manging virtual and in-person campus recruitment event logistics, including organising internal and external events, courier materials, booking venues and catering (when on campus) and booking travel. Attending school, university, and general recruitment events across the UK. Assisting with creating and co-ordinating social media content. Supporting in drafting promotional materials including brochures, leaflets and keeping the early careers pages of the Gateley careers website up to date. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at schools and university careers services. Selection Maintaining housekeeping of the applicant tracking system, managing job postings and supporting the early careers team in the creation of reports. Managing candidates through the recruitment process, including testing, video interviews, assessment centres and vacation schemes. Coordinating video interviews, virtual and in-person assessment centres, vacation schemes and work experience programmes. Managing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience and high acceptance rate. Development Onboarding of future talent including organising financial assistance, facilitating events prior to commencement of employment, and building relationships with our future talent. Assisting with induction, seat change, secondment, qualification, and admission processes, including updating all systems and appropriate records. Inputting data to our HR information system, iTrent. Providing general HR support managing the employee lifecycle of early careers, including monitoring sickness and other absence, and monitoring seat reviews. General Managing invoice payments and expenses. Dealing with first line queries about our processes, applications, and other ad hoc queries. Managing the early careers inbox, scheduling catch ups and appointments. Sharing ideas and making suggestions for improvements. Developing and maintaining standard early careers documents and policies. The person Minimum of 12 months' recruitment administration or recruitment coordination experience gained in an HR or recruitment environment would be highly beneficial. A keen interest in early careers and student recruitment. Strong IT skills including Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organisation and time management skills. A keen eye for detail. Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated to work autonomously and as part of a small team. Ability to perform well under pressure.
