The successful candidate will have the responsibility of organising and leading outdoor play/sports activities during lunchtimes.
This is to promote physical engagement and teamwork amongst pupils, whilst fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Additional Responsibilities:
* Support our pupils during the lunchtime period including using positive behaviour strategies
* Care for the physical and emotional well-being and safety of our pupils during lunch break
* Have an adaptable, friendly but firm nature with a calm and caring attitude
* Work with pupils and staff in the development and organisation of playground activities and games
* Be a team player
* Be flexible and happy in the knowledge that every day will require different needs
* Have the ability to relate to children and colleagues
