Key requirements for the ACD Product Governance Manager role are as followed: The Product Governance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the development, management and governance of the company’s investment products and services. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that funds and products meet clients’ needs and the company’s strategic goals. The role involves a combination of product governance development and maintenance and regulatory compliance. The role holder will collaborate with other ACD and Opco teams to deliver new product-based initiatives, ensure existing products and solutions remain relevant and comply with regulations and industry standards. The role holder will co-ordinate the oversight of our fund range and be responsible for on-going governance, including supporting production of key Product related Board documents, such as the Assessment of Value, and overseeing fund literature to ensure we clearly articulate our philosophy to clients. Experience required for the ACD Product Governance Manager role: Experience working within Product Management in an asset management, insurance or wealth management context. Extensive experience of Fund Product Governance, including the end to end set up of fund products Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices including understanding of requirements from COLL, FUND, PRIN, PROD, COBS, UCITS & AIFMD. Experience of fund Assessment of Value reports or similar Consumer Duty Price and Value assessments. Ability and willingness to challenge, apply critical thinking using SME knowledge and act independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make the complex simple. High level of numeracy, with good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management with the ability to interact and influence senior stakeholders.
