Based out of our Newcastle office, we deliver exceptional Telecommunication products and Services to our clients across the UK.
What you will be doing?
Provide exceptional 3rd line level technical support for our telecoms solutions, including, but not limited to VoIP, SIP and PSTN, along with mobile networks
Resolve complex and testing issues, delivering excellent customer service through out
Maintain systems and perform plans to ensure continued upgrades, patches and review optimal performance of the solutions
Carry out incident management both remotely and when required, go to client site
Concentrate on continuous improvement so you can identify areas of weakness and deliver solutions that create a better service for our customers
We need you to have..
Proven experience supporting Telecom solutions
Be analytical and have strong problem solving skills
Have an eye on being detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
It's nice to have
Systems experience including scripting (Python/Powershell)
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP
Experience with field based work
