As part of the Media Client Services team, this role presents an opportunity to be involved in the heart of the planning processes for Tesco Media, working with senior stakeholders to hold the business to account on its delivery of the Tesco Media business plan. You will help create clarity, drive action across the business, and govern one business-wide plan.
You will work with senior leaders across the business to create the content to be presented to C-suite across Tesco & Dunnhumby. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, high standards for the work you produce, and high levels of organisation. You will need to be comfortable working across all levels in an organisation, working highly collaboratively, applying excellent facilitation and communication skills.
What we expect from you:
1. Proven experience in bringing together various departments and teams to create and establish cohesive partnerships and rhythm of business.
2. Demonstrating successful influencing of senior leaders, building consensus, and developing constructive relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Strong problem-solving and storytelling skills.
4. Being proactive, with a desire to make things happen; no task is too small.
5. High levels of organisation and ability to create clarity through process.
6. Experience of working within a Retail Media/Technology/CPG or Retail business.
7. Experience of working to tight timescales, demonstrating reliability and strong delivery under pressure.
8. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint, and experience of using other planning & workflow tools, such as Monday.com.
