About the Role:
As an Assistant Estate Worker, you’ll support the Estates team with practical maintenance tasks, including repairing paths, fences, gates, and outdoor furniture. You’ll also assist with vegetation management, help prepare for events, and contribute to conservation projects. This role involves using tools and machinery, working outdoors in all seasons, and contributing to the upkeep of visitor areas and habitats.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive individual who enjoys working outdoors and is comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and kneeling. While experience in land management or maintenance is helpful, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are most important. Training opportunities will be provided to develop your skills.
