Our client is on the lookout for an experienced STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER who has experience within Cross Border ecommerce packet and parcel solutions. They are a major player in the UK and International Distribution Market with an exceptional reputation within the industry.

Retention and development of the relationships with Packet / Parcel / Mail, E-comm and international top 5 major customers
Building & maintaining a long-term relationship with customers, and maximizing potential new revenue streams.
Acting as the central contact for clients, field-based teams and Operations
Manage and control the individual Customer tariffs and respond to quotation requests immediately to support securing the business. Strategic Account Manager - Requirements
Strong background within International / Cross Border Express Parcels, Fulfilment, e-commerce, re-seller or 3PL Logistics
Proven track record of Account Management within ecommerce / logistics distribution
Focussed, reliable and hardworking individual with a clear focus on building and strengthening
A real self-starter with lots of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality
Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering great service About Us
