The main responsibilities of this post are: Support students at risk of underachieving due to social, emotional and behaviour needs To play a key role in the school’s pastoral system To support the whole school behaviour system by providing appropriate interventions To play a key role in the welfare and safeguarding of students You will: Contribute to the personal development and well-being of students Have commitment and desire to develop students as individuals Have a passion for ensuring all students achieve their potential Be hardworking Show creativity and innovation Share an understanding that all members of staff have a collective responsibility to ensure that every student achieves to the best of their ability We look forward to hearing from you.
