Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the customer support team (currently 10 people) to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement customer support policies, procedures, and standards. Promote excellent customer service across the organisation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the best customer service outcomes Act as the link between external sales and internal departments, improving customer service satisfaction Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members to align with business objectives Analyse problems and identify appropriate solutions to improve customer service.In return you'll receive a salary circa £50k, with company bonus up to 20%.
