About us
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estates and Valuation Surveyor to join our Property & Estate Management Service.
The role
The role involves providing senior-level estates and valuation expertise to our property team, focusing on asset management, high-level valuation work for acquisition, disposal, property management, and accounting. The successful candidate will also be required to provide general practice and strategic property advice to ensure the effective and efficient management of our property portfolio.
What's needed?
* MRICS qualified surveyor with significant experience in estates management and property valuation.
* Strong knowledge of asset management, valuation, acquisitions, and disposals within a local government or public sector setting.
* Experience in strategic property reviews and implementing asset optimisation strategies.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across services and partners.
* Strong understanding of property legislation, valuation principles, and best practice estates management.
