Responsibilities:
1. Lead complex ER cases, investigations, and change management projects while fostering fairness and compliance.
2. Partner with HR and Legal teams to navigate employment risks and strengthen employee relationships.
Qualifications:
1. Broad HR expertise.
2. Knowledge of European employment law.
3. Strategic mindset.
4. Biopharma experience and multilingual skills are a plus.
