Leadership Development Lead
Location: Bradford - Hybrid - includes ad hoc travel to other regional sites
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + benefits

At Another, we are currently seeking a Leadership Development Lead for a well-established, fast-paced organisation based in Bradford. You will be dedicated to enhancing leadership development and cultural change business-wide. Reporting into a Head of Organisational Development, you will be the key strategic lead for the leadership agenda across the business. While leading a team of experienced learning professionals, you will work on themes such as values, behaviours, leadership skills, culture, continuous development, employee engagement, coaching, mentoring, and career pathway development.
The Role
1. Supporting the implementation of a large-scale organisational leadership and development strategy.
2. Driving leadership development and behavioural change through leveraging the full learning cycle and blended learning solutions for all levels of management.
3. Leading an effective learning framework.
4. Providing high-profile executive coaching solutions to the leadership teams alongside supporting bespoke management development programmes for operational team leaders.
5. Supporting the development and integration of digital learning solutions.
6. Providing continuous professional development using emerging practices.
7. Developing and delivering interventions to improve communication.
8. Working with external learning partners while managing the learning budgets to ensure key delivery material is in line with business strategy.
9. Producing and analysing data to ensure evaluation on the benefits of delivery and a wider return on investment.
10. Collaborating with the wider HR teams to identify organisational and individual learning needs from the review of annual performance appraisals and supporting development interventions.
11. Designing, planning, delivering, and evaluating the Leadership Development Programmes for all levels of management across the organisation.
12. Exhibiting strong and inclusive leadership skills and the ability to develop successful relationships.
13. Supporting wider business learning & change initiatives to ensure a joined-up approach and offering to the business.
Skills
1. Proven experience of working within a leadership development role within a large-scale matrix organisation.
2. Significant experience of delivering leadership development and behavioural change using a variety of blended learning solutions.
3. Experience of leading and managing a team.
4. Strategic and forward-thinking.
5. ILM or CMI is ideal along with experience of psychometrics and/or qualification in some assessment tools.
6. Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
