The client; is a fast growing business and provides innovative food solutions and services to global companies
The role: responsible for developing business opportunities/ service offerings. Retaining current customers/ increasing new customers. Working closely with the with New Food Product Development teams and commercial teams to develop unique/ bespoke service offerings/ packages to customers
Key Responsibilities:
§ Strategise and develop culinary solutions for customers
§ Liaise with NPD to articulate customer needs and then follow up/ update each stage
§ Follow projects through from brief to delivery
§ Setting up new business customers and overseeing and implementing their on-boarding
§ Implementing marketing plans / activities
§ Provide insights and produce reports
§ Oversee, maintain, and upgrade existing accounts
§ Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements/ previous experiences for the role:
* Account management / relationship experience gained within a similar sector (i,e; contract catering/ travel service/ airline travel customer driven type environment)
* Negotiation skills
* Knowledge of catering/food/logistics markets
* Proven customer account development experience
* Able to produce and present to customers
