Senior People Partner – AI / Tech
Compensation: £70K - £100K + bonus + benefits
A pioneering organisation at the intersection of AI and technology has an opportunity for a Senior People Partner to drive culture, engagement, and performance. This is a unique chance to influence a mission-driven company making a global impact through an exciting period of growth.
Reporting to People Partnering Lead, you'll remain operationally hands on and bring prior experience of elevating and levelling up HR operational processes and frameworks.
In partnering with a diverse client group - key responsibilities include:-
* Partner with leadership and management to align people strategy with business goals.
* Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive culture.
* Coach managers and advise on people-related matters.
* Lead talent retention, organisational design, and engagement initiatives.
* Ensure HR compliance and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Successful candidates will have proven experience in a strategic People Partner role, within a tech startup or scale-up, fast paced environment. You’ll bring solid generalist HR experience and UK employment law knowledge; coaching capability, advisory, and organisational design skills alongside commercial acumen and the ability to drive business-aligned HR strategies.
With a strength in stakeholder management and excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll be able to demonstrate how you are at cutting edge of people and culture.
CIPD qualification or equivalent required.
