You will support our Non-Executive Directors to ensure they have all the information they need which will include arranging meetings, ensuring things run to schedule and acting as their first point of contact._ _You will be the go-to person for coordinating stakeholder updates, coordinating travel, and supporting with the coordination of papers and impactful presentations._ _Your role will also involve managing inboxes, swiftly identifying urgent matters, and ensuring Board members stay ahead of deadlines._ _Youll be trusted to work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, including Group Board members and government officials._ _On top of that, youll dive into business systems ensuring everything from purchase orders to invoice approvals runs seamlessly.
