Reports to: Senior Care team, Team Leader, Manager and Deputy Manager

About The Role
Principal Roles and Responsibilities
1. Review and work in accordance with individual care plans, providing personal care that enhances physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
2. Interact with the friends and family of residents, including attending review meetings and representing Rochcare professionally.
3. Demonstrate a desire to help make a difference in the lives of others and work effectively as part of a respectful team.
4. Build and maintain relationships with residents and their families through effective communication.
5. Complete all necessary records accurately and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
The ideal candidate should be compassionate and committed to the wellbeing of each person, assisting with their complex needs with sensitivity. A keen interest in learning and growing skills through training and mentoring is essential.
Schedule: Part-time (18 hours or 24 hours).
Wage Rate: £11.64 per hour (depending on qualifications)

Desired Criteria
* GCSE (or equivalent) A-C in English and Maths
* A social care qualification such as Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
