About the Role
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to delivery. You will be responsible for developing business opportunities, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations. The role involves both office-based work and frequent travel across the UK and Ireland, with a strong focus on new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical and operational requirements.
* Conduct on-site visits and cutting trials to demonstrate equipment capabilities.
* Work closely with internal teams to implement business strategies and drive sales growth.
* Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Maintain accurate records and manage a CRM database effectively.
* Travel extensively within the UK & Ireland, with occasional overnight stays as required.
