Your new role
This is a newly created Customer Services Consultant job joining a vibrant and experienced customer service team. Duties include but not limited to:
Providing efficient and professional customer service.
Supporting the sales team and the after-sales service team.
Working on Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and Salesforce.
Answering telephone calls and emails from customers.
Dealing with all aspects of customer service (prices, orders, returns, complaints, after-sales service).What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will need to be:
Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature.
Strong influencing skills and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Solid team working skills
Proven experience in customer service
Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.
