Product Manager sought for a growing business with significant investment. Enhance sales of three market leading brands through product strategies, developments, pricing, campaigns, and maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee product development and improvement within assigned portfolio.
* Create products representing customer values by understanding target customer experience and determining a roadmap.
* Present business case for product developments and determine profitability.
* Work with product development, account management, dealer network, and end customer to establish product requirements.
* Conduct 'voice of the customer research' throughout development projects.
* Examine and benchmark competition products for a competitive market position.
* Develop 'top down' product pricing strategies based on price vs volume analysis.
* Build relationships with dealers to understand their requirements.
* Commercially monitor sales and produce monthly analysis on profitability.
* Develop a roadmap for Value Analysis & Value Engineering in partnership with purchasing and R&D teams.
* Travel to customers and provide support at key trade shows and events.
Requirements include:
* Previous experience in product management roles within a manufacturing business.
* Experience with product development of high revenue/investment projects.
* Experience in B2B/B2C or complex customer environments.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in product management.
* Knowledge in marketing and taking products to market.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Competent in Microsoft Office.
* Good organisational skills.
* Self-motivated with a high degree of creativity and initiative.
* Commercially astute and skilled at analysing data.
