Your ability to work collaboratively within a partnership framework is essential, along with a strong commitment to safeguarding young people and managing community risks. You are adept at writing PSR, Referral Order, and Breach reports, and have excellent analytical skills to carry out high-quality assessments using Assetplus. A thorough understanding of risk and risk management is critical, as well as the ability to deliver interventions effectively. You should also be willing to work occasional weekends and unsocial hours as needed and be comfortable with hybrid working. What the Job Involves As a Youth Justice Officer within the Enfield Youth Justice Service, your role involves undertaking all duties pertaining to the safeguarding of young people and managing risks to the community. You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality assessments using Assetplus and writing PSR reports, alongside managing risks through effective interventions and partnership work. Your tasks include making referrals, delivering interventions to reduce reoffending risk, and monitoring practice and processes within the service. You will engage in building close partnerships while ensuring a high standard of service delivery. This role requires flexibility, with the expectation to work some weekends and unsocial hours as warranted.
