We’re seeking a Reporting and Optimisation Manager to join AXA Health’s Strategy & Proposition Team. Your work will make a tangible difference to our customers and their families health and wellbeing. You’ll evaluate performance of AXA Health’s proposition portfolio from a customer and business perspective. You’ll ensure our new proposition pipeline is on track to deliver against business and customer expectations. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Develop and maintain an evaluation framework across proposition portfolio, including our new flagship digital private medical insurance (PMI) proposition, AXA Health Plan. Use multiple data sources to create and iterate performance evaluations based on core customer and business key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks. Analyse data collected and report back on business performance across a balance scorecard of business and customer metrics. Work with colleagues to understand route cause analysis for adverse performance and propose ideas for solutions. Develop and take ownership of proposition performance plans. Report and critically appraise status of proposition pipelines. Coordinate monthly proposition forums and department collaboration. What you’ll bring: Demonstrable experience of developing performance reporting and management frameworks, incorporating a balanced scorecard approach of business and customer metrics to track business success – essential. Hands on experience within a regulated environment, such as insurance or banking – essential. Knowledge of proposition development process, with an appreciation of the delivery, concept, build and launch phases and link to delivery of digital assets in a regulated business - preferred. Experience collating data from across multiple sources and reporting metrics clearly and concisely to a range of stakeholders. Ability to work with colleagues to create hypotheses around adverse trends and collate data, providing likely cause analysis of the outcomes. Project management experience. Good understanding of financial appraisal methodologies required to evaluate commercial value of proposition development. Working knowledge of proposition costing and pricing methodology.
