As a global Centre of Excellence, our Digital Marketing Department is aimed to further develop our digital capabilities and create synergies across the business, as well as responsible for driving customer growth encompassing all Digital Marketing actions at the service of our stores.
The Digital Media Marketing for Luxury looks after both Net A Porter and Mr. Porter brands. It is a team of experts covering Social Media Marketing and Display Media Marketing channels. Aligned with business objectives across both brand and performance marketing the objective is to deliver first class approach to a full funnel strategy for the business. Challenged with delivering revenue for the business whilst also ensuring engagement and consideration KPI’s are met.
This creative team of experts are now seeking a talented Display Media Executive to join the Digital Media Marketing team.

Reporting into: Digital Display Media Manager
Contract Type: Fixed Term (1-Year)

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
* The day-to-day management of biddable campaigns, including creation, targeting strategy and optimization on DV360, Campaign Manager, Criteo and RTB House
* Overseeing campaigns and optimizing towards KPIs, implementing A/B tests
* Data analysis reporting to ensure accurate campaign spending and monitor/improve performance
* Researching campaign issues and formulating tangible solutions
* Manage day to day communication, monitoring and optimisation of media budgets at a global level with regional NET-A-PORTER marketing teams
* Identify key performance levers for each channel and apply learnings across regional activations
* Build strong relationships with regional marketing teams to localise channel approach based on day-to-day market observations
* Build strong relationships with internal creative team to ensure all media content follows best practices and all creative requirements are consistently met
* Keep up to speed with media trends across all the channels and markets and explore new products and features through testing
* Collaboratively working with internal teams, you'll display passion for achieving key business objectives
The type of person we are looking for:
* Strong MS Office skills, proven experience in Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience on DV360 and campaign manager ad trafficking
* Experience on Google display reserved and managed media buying
* Experience on retargeting platforms like Criteo and RTB House would be nice to have.
* Experience in Google Analytics, specifically GA4 nice to have
* Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
* Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time
* Ability to work in teams and/or independently to meet goals
* A passion for the Internet in general and fashion e-commerce in particular
* Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in English
