We're a vibrant, fast-paced leading food manufacturer. Employing around 13,600 colleagues across 16 manufacturing units and 17 distribution depots across the UK. We supply all the UK's food retailers with everything from Sandwiches, soups and sushi to cooking sauces, pickles and ready meals, and in FY23, we generated revenues of £1.9bn.
Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,400 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.

Being a Data Analyst at Greencore is pivotal in ensuring the organisation can use analytics and data science methodologies on large scale quantitative data to improve understanding of our offering, increase knowledge of our processes and help measure the impact of our work. This role is fundamental in ensuring Greencore can make evidence-informed business decisions and position the organisation as a trusted, knowledgeable and influential force in the food manufacturing sector.
What you'll be doing:
Champion analytics and data science by positioning them as central to the organisation
Analysing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
Utilise expertise and best practice to drive a portfolio of quantitative analytics projects to enable more robust impact measurement
Deepen sector and audience understanding for Greencore
Delivery of research and evidence to support leadership decisions
Serve as the point of contact for analytics and proactively integrate data analytics into our delivery
Communicate and disseminate data analytics findings, ensuring analytical findings are accessible, searchable and kept up-to-date for stakeholders
Present data analytics findings in a comprehensible, actionable manner for a non-specialist audience
What we're looking for:
Experience generating internal and client facing reporting, providing concise, action driving dashboards and reports across a wealth of different data sources
Experience with Microsoft technologies leveraging SQL Server, Azure Cloud Services, PowerBI and Azure Data Factory. You will work on data sources that stretch far and wide from internal systems to client integrations which will leverage artificial intelligence to analyse industry and food manufacturing trends
