As a Key Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving long-term value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions and services, all while identifying opportunities to maximise business growth. Duties will include:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
* Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client requirements
* Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to determine suitability for specific roles
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process
* Conduct interviews aligned with client needs
* Complete candidates onboarding ensuring all candidates are fully compliant with legal and ethical standards
* Deliver client-specific training as needed
* Meet KPIs as set by the Line Manager
Criteria:
* Previous experience in a similar admin / customer-account focussed role / equivalent business environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to use discretion when handling confidential personal information.
* Able and willing to take ownership, responsibility, and accountability for work.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
* A collaborative team player with a client-first mindset.
