In this role, you will work closely with individuals affected by serious injuries, guiding them through complex benefit systems to ensure they receive the support they need to rebuild and move forward. Join us in championing the rights and well-being of our clients—apply today Main Responsibilities : To liaise with clients who have sustained serious injuries and identify potential claims that can be made to the DWP and/or local authority benefits. To provide guidance to clients on navigating the benefits system and where needed practical support in making the applications. Keeping appropriate written records of advice and support given. To collaborate with legal team and in house case managers to ensure high quality customer service. Develop training and written materials to support colleagues in providing accurate advice to clients. Identifying and facilitating other signposting/ support opportunities where appropriate. Contribute to best practice initiatives within client rehabilitation. The above list is not exhaustive of any other tasks, which may be required. Essential Skills and Experience: Significant experience of providing detailed benefits advice and supporting individuals within this area. Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to connect with clients and team members. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and communication.
