The opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills to play a key role in the smooth running of all internal and external exams within the college.
Working within a small dynamic team within MIS reporting directly to the Exams Coordinator this is a varied role that will see the successful applicant providing academic departments and learners with key administrative services and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organise and manage the administration of internal and external examinations.
• Liaise with exam boards, teaching staff, and students to ensure exam processes are in line with regulations.
• Coordinate exam timetables, invigilation schedules, and candidate entries.
• Ensure the secure handling and distribution of exam papers and materials.
• Oversee the processing and dissemination of examination results.
