The key functions of the department are: To help staff realise their potential, to identify and develop leadership capabilities within the organisation and to ensure that all staff joining the organisation have an effective induction welcome. To be responsible for developing, facilitating and implementing all aspects of education, training and organisational development for the Trust. Ensure that national and local initiatives are met, including employee development and mandatory training. Leading and supporting activities linked to the Trusts role as an educator and clinical placement provider for pre-registration and post-registration programmes. The successful applicant must have experience of working in either a customer service or office environment. Strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, highly organised and the ability to multi-task are also required key attributes. Whilst NHS Experience is desirable, this is not essential.
