We are seeking a talented and dynamic full-time teaching assistant to join our team. As an essential member of our mission to shape the future, you'll play a key role in supporting students throughout their learning journey, from EYFS and Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2.

* Qualifications: A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths, or a relevant/higher qualification.
Your Role:
* Assisting with classroom activities across various subjects (Maths, English, Science, Art, and more).
* Helping to prepare resources and support lesson planning.
* Collaborating with teachers to foster an inspiring and effective learning environment.
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
* Promoting student engagement, participation, and positive behaviour in the classroom.
* Supporting the emotional and social development of all students.
