To provide clinical and managerial leadership for nursing and support staff
To deputise for the Departmental Manager in their absence
To take a lead on clinical practice and departmental issues
To work clinically in all areas of the department.
The successful candidates will demonstrate excellent leadership skills that are required to ensure safe care is delivered in these challenging times
