JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
HOURS: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

SALARY: £24,000
LOCATION: Central Bournemouth

The role:
Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls
Assisting with customer queries
Building strong relationship with customers
Providing support and advice to clients
Updating the database with customers information
Responding to a high volume of emails
Maintaining client records
Updating purchase orders on the system
Liaising with suppliersWhat You'll Bring:
Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritise workload
Confident telephone manner
