Business Support Administrator Duties:
Document Management: Monitor and review inbound site paperwork and maintain
accurate records of project documents.
Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal
teams and external clients to support office and project operations.
Project Onboarding: Assist with the administrative setup of new projects, including
collating customer information, completing internal checks, setting up on internal
systems, and compiling information for site operations.
Project Billing: Assist in preparing and processing of applications for payments and
invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
Accounts Administration: Raise customer sales invoices and monitor and assist with
credit control.
General Administration: Support office operations, including ordering office supplies,
raising purchase orders and booking accommodation.
Back-Office Support: Provide efficient support to field operatives, remote workers, the
workshop team, and directors
Business Support Administrator Role:
Monday to Friday
8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
£12.50 per hour
Temporary to Permanent
Immediate starts available
