Responsible for project delivery across a wide range of content; both internal business development projects and for Technical Consulting projects with customers. This will involve the establishing of key milestones and deliverables, and adding them to project plans on a JIRA Database, and monitoring completion. Reports to: Technical Project Manager Responsibilities: Planning, managing and delivering multiple technical services and consulting projects simultaneously ensuring they are on time, within scope and within budget Collaborating with stakeholders to define objective, deliverables and success criteria Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments Monitoring project progress, manage changes and address potential challenges proactively using the project library, JIRA database and other internal systems Continuously assessing and evaluating project plans Ensuring adherence to industry best practices, company standards, and compliance requirements Tracking and monitoring estimated and actual time spent on projects Producing project reports for customers containing details of the full project cycle (such as minutes and actions) Qualifications: Minimum two years of experience as an IT project manager in a similar role with a successful track record delivering complex projects and working with external customers Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) Ability to work as both part of a team and independently Highly organised – able to prioritise workload, complete multiple tasks to deadlines and work under pressure Self-motivated and a pro-active approach to all tasks. Able to use own initiative Perceptive, with the ability to apply judgement, common sense and find practical solutions Strong planning, interpersonal and analytical skills, able to communicate well at all levels both externally and internally. Ability to adapt style of communication accordingly. Flexible and adaptable approach, open-minded and positive attitude with a good sense of humour Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira This role offers hybrid remote.
