Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading national provider that specializes in providing high-quality Supported Living & Residential Services to adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and other Complex Needs. We are recruiting for a Registered Manager for their brand-new adult Residential Service supporting individuals with complex autism and learning disabilities.
The Candidate
The Registered Manager will oversee and manage the Residential service for adults with complex learning disabilities and autism, some with potential challenging behaviours and communication difficulties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management position across residential settings for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and additional complex needs.
As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the service, including the leadership and management of the staff team and continuous collaboration with the company’s quality team. You will oversee the efficient delivery and development of the service while working closely alongside the Operations Director to ensure service users receive the best care. A deep working knowledge of health and social care, particularly in relation to complex autism, is essential.

Essential Criteria
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Essential)
* Previous experience within a CQC Registered Manager position (Essential)
* Service specific qualification (e.g., Autism) (Desirable)
* Experience working in a residential and/or supported-living setting
* Extensive knowledge of CQC guidelines and policies
Location
The role is located in Burnley, Lancashire and is commutable from Blackburn, Rochdale, Bolton, Todmorden, Preston, and Clitheroe.
Interview Process
The interview process involves an initial interview with the Operations Director and Director of Quality, followed by a second interview with the Managing Director and Operations Director.
