Purpose of the role The Office Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the offices and site in Syston Reception – Recruitment Admin – Ad-Hoc to assist Recruitment Team/CSL’s when required. Office equipment and consumables. Site Health & Safety. All buildings and grounds maintenance. Employee Engagement. Key accountabilities Reception Duties – Switch Board Operation – Average calls handled per day – 50. Greeting Visitors/Site Inductions – Meeting Room diary management – lunch bookings. Deliveries/Courier bookings/Post Room. Car Park management/Parking Bookings – resident parking issues – Hire car management. Site Personnel Data management. Recruitment Admin – arrange interviews, offer letters, new starter paperwork, start dates on Ad-Hoc basis to assist Recruitment Team/CSL’s when required. Office presentations, Notice Boards and information, Display screens. Buildings and grounds maintenance Assist Office Manager with all buildings and grounds maintenance. Liaise with third party contractors, obtain prices and ensure high standards are maintained. Liaise with Cleaning Teams. Health & Safety Fire Alarm testing/Evacuations – drills. Maintain Fire Warden log, arrange training. Maintain First Aider Log, arrange training. Risk assessments and method statement reporting for site. Office equipment & consumables Responsible for the ordering stationery, office equipment, uniform, milk, cleaning products and office consumables. Employee Engagement Charity Days and Events – apply and arrange charity matches, money collections, banking, competitions and staff engagement. Site Events – activities, admin, money collections and staff engagement. Create and maintain CSC Teams pages. Business Events – Health & Safety Week, Mates in Mind etc. Newsletters. Other To perform any other relevant duties as requested by the Office Services Manager. What’s on Offer: Salary: £27,000 pa Hours: 40hours per week, rotated shift pattern.
