We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with a flair for creativity along with proven project delivery and digital skills to join our team. You will be responsible for the development, coordination and delivery of key projects and elements of statutory services delivery for Waste & Resource Management. Working across different projects and service areas to different managers in the section, you will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt your communication skills to a range of formats and audiences. You will be able to apply your data and analytical skills to support decision making and be confident in leading work across teams to support delivery of statutory services and achieve compliance with legislative requirements, while ensuring we apply the waste hierarchy in our thinking at all times. This opportunity is advertised as full-time, however we are also happy to consider applications from people wanting to work on a part-time basis and/or wanting to work flexibly. We will also consider applications for this post as an apprenticeship role; the expectation would be that the successful applicant will consider completing a Level 4 Associate Project Management Apprenticeship (where applicable). Successful candidates would have 20% of their working week allocated to completion of the apprenticeship.
