Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a growing Sheffield based business in the search for a HR Advisor on a full or part time, permanent basis.
This is a standalone role supporting a headcount of c90 employees which will report into the managing director. The company is a highly specialised components manufacturer and supplier with the aerospace and nuclear industry. This is a truly generalist role, as the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and be responsible for the following:
* Ensuring that all personal information held for all employees is updated as required
* Monitoring and maintenance of various HR spreadsheets relating to pay, absence, probationary, training and new starters
* Conduct and investigate disciplinaries & grievances following company procedures
* Liaise with payroll on holidays and monthly paid staff
* Create & supply HR reports and statistics for monthly reviews
* Contribute to ensuring a safe & healthy working environment.
* Assist with the recruitment of new starters, following our recruitment process and induction
* Creating and maintaining electronic personnel files
