Reed Accountancy & Finance are on the lookout for an Accounts Administrator to join our client in Folkestone on a temporary basis. This 2-month role is to cover long-term sickness and has the potential to evolve into a permanent position within the organisation. Accounts Administrator Day-to-day of the role: Matching, batching, and coding sales ledger invoices. Matching, coding, and batching purchase ledger invoices. Scanning invoices into the system accurately. Distributing remittance advices to relevant parties. Maintaining an up-to-date accounts email inbox. Scanning, photocopying, and filing accounts paperwork diligently. Accounts Administrator Required Skills & Qualifications: A passion for numbers and accounts is essential. Studying towards an AAT qualification would be advantageous, though not required. No prior working experience as an Accounts Administrator is necessary. Ability to fully commit to an office-based role. Available to start work immediately without any notice period.
