Major Talent are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join a long-standing food company in Staffordshire. As a Recruitment Officer, you will in charge of finding top talent to join the company. Duties as a Recruitment Officer are: Liaison with the operations and planning teams regarding the changing labour requirements. Generate job adverts using free job boards & social media platforms Manage the recruitment authorisation process and recruitment for all weekly paid roles Organise open day events and interviews Attend regular job fairs promoting the company Contact with government partners who can provide recruitment support Set up and deliver induction resources Develop a complete onboarding process that runs effectively Analyse recruitment trends and look for improvements Behaviours required from a Recruitment Officer: Accountability - someone who can take ownership of their work and complete it Discipline - someone who makes preparations and is methodical in their approach to tasks Agility - someone who can be responsive and decisive.
