Facilities Management Contract Manager – Glasgow – Up to £65K FM Search & Select Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Contract Manager to join a leading FM services provider based in Glasgow, covering contracts across Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to oversee the delivery of hard FM services across multiple sites. Package: Up to £65,000 salary, depending on experience Company car or car allowance Bonus scheme based on performance Hybrid working options available 25 days annual leave bank holidays Workplace pension & career development opportunities Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of hard FM services, including M&E maintenance and building services, across multiple contracts in Scotland Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations Manage and develop on-site teams, fostering a high-performance culture Work closely with clients to ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement across all contracts Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial performance meets company targets Lead on contract mobilisation, renewals, and performance management Identify business development opportunities and support the growth of FM services Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in a Contract Manager or similar leadership role within Hard Facilities Management Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical (M&E) maintenance, compliance, and contract management Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience in budget management, P&L responsibility, and KPI reporting A technical background (mechanical/electrical or building services) would be advantageous Full UK driving licence – ability to travel across Scotland as required If you are a Facilities Management Contract Manager looking for a new challenge in Glasgow, apply today or contact FM Search & Select Ltd for more details
