Release & Change Management Coordinator\n\n2-month initial contract (renewal/s expected)\n\nHybrid working - Gaydon (2 days per week onsite)\n\n£33ph / £264pd (Inside IR35)\n\n*Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.*\n\nAbout the company\n\nI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Release & CM Coordinator to join their team\n\nJob Description\n\nAs Release & CM Coordinator, your main responsibilities include:\n\nOwn the release meetings & schedule release meetings, to support BoM deadlines\nRelease Tracker maintenance and Night letter issue, ensuring accurate reporting\nCelonis roll-out, to drive release meetings\nAgeing task status update \n\nQualifications / Skills needed\n\nSignificant experience of Project/Change Management, in a major, multi-year, complex, cross-functional programme\nEvidence of Leadership skills and ability to drive success from ambiguity\nExperience of stakeholder management at all levels\nProven process improvement knowledge\nAutomotive experience \n\nWhy work through Contechs?\n\nContechs is a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
