If you are a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor, this may be the opportunity for you! This is a great chance for someone looking to become part of a fast-growing and successful sustainability consultancy that is recruiting an OCDEA who can hit the ground running while working from a fully remote position.
The Ideal Energy Assessor will:
1. Have at least one year of experience within a similar role
2. Be well organized
3. Have an eye for detail
4. Be able to develop relationships with clients and other members of staff
5. Ideally have experience writing sustainability reports and strategies
6. Have experience or knowledge of planning and Part L building regulations
Job Responsibilities:
1. Developing relationships with clients
2. Provision of high volumes of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure our clients achieve compliance with Part L and EPCs are issued in a timely manner
3. Providing high quality consultancy and written reports at land purchase and planning stage to ensure that planning requirements are met
4. Utilisation of resources from within the team to ensure that the client receives timely, high-quality advice and assessments
