About the Role
:
We are looking for a friendly, professional Administrator to join our small Adminstration Team in supporting our Project and Management Teams. Working directly for the Office Manager the main duties of the role:
1. Meet and greet visitors to the offices and taking incoming calls
2. Sort incoming mail and action / distribute as required
3. Processing paint orders for the Company and ordering of hired tools and plant
4. Answer any queries regarding orders from suppliers
5. Produce O&M’s for completed projects
6. Sign off invoices against order placed and action any queries directly with the Supplier
7. Filing of all orders
8. Any other duties as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the Department.
Key Skills Required
9. NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent office experience
10. Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
11. Good organisational and timekeeping skills
12. Pro-active with the ability to work under pressure
13. Attention to detail and accuracy of administration
14. Excellent interpersonal skills
Applicants should have an eagerness and enthusiasm to work in Administration and preferably from the Construction Industry.
